Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to rosevyn.com and your purchase and use of products and services provided by Rosevyn.
By using the Site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase, or make the purchase with appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement where permitted by law.
You may not use the Site for an unlawful purpose.
2. Products
Rosevyn makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, descriptions, colors, availability, prices, and features.
However, colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, display settings, skin tone, and other factors.
Actual cosmetic results may vary between users.
3. Eye Cosmetic Use and Safety
Rosevyn eyeliner is intended for cosmetic use.
Use the product only as directed and avoid contact with the eyeball.
Do not share eye cosmetics with another person.
Stop using the product if irritation develops. If irritation persists or you experience a significant reaction, seek appropriate medical advice.
FDA notes that misuse or sharing of eye cosmetics can increase risks of contamination or infection.
4. Ingredients and Color Additives
Rosevyn products offered for use around the eye should use ingredients and color additives appropriate for their intended cosmetic use.
Consumers should review the ingredient declaration provided with the product if they have known allergies or sensitivities.
FDA regulates color additives used in cosmetics, and some colors that may be acceptable for other cosmetic uses are not authorized for use in the eye area.
5. Product Performance Claims
Statements regarding attributes such as:
- Waterproof performance;
- Smudge resistance;
- Long-lasting wear;
- 24-hour wear; or
- Other measurable product performance
describe characteristics represented or tested for the product.
Performance may vary depending on application technique, skin type, environmental conditions, moisture, activity, and other individual circumstances.
Rosevyn should maintain appropriate substantiation for all objective advertising claims.
6. Prices
Prices and discounts may change before an order is submitted.
The price displayed during checkout at the time you submit the order governs the transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed where required.
7. Buy One Get One Free Promotions
Where Rosevyn offers a Buy One Get One Free promotion:
The customer purchases one qualifying product and receives one eligible promotional product as described in the offer.
Eligible shades and products are subject to availability.
A free product has no standalone cash value.
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Rosevyn may end or modify a promotion prospectively, but changes will not alter qualifying orders already accepted.
8. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:
- Suspected fraud;
- Payment authorization failure;
- Inventory errors;
- Pricing or technical errors; or
- Violation of these Terms.
If Rosevyn cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
9. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact support@rosevyn.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
10. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping and arrival estimates are not guarantees except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged products, promotional returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Subscription Purchases
If Rosevyn offers an automatically renewing subscription, the recurring price, frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment.
By affirmatively enrolling, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for recurring orders according to the terms displayed when you subscribe.

Any required renewal reminders, material price-change notices, or cancellation options will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
13. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Shopify and payment providers available during checkout, including applicable third-party payment services.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.
14. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews, ratings, photographs, and testimonials displayed by Rosevyn must reflect genuine experiences and must not be used deceptively.
Users may not knowingly submit false or misleading reviews.
Rosevyn may moderate content in accordance with applicable law but will not condition review publication on the review being positive.
15. User Content
If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments, or other content to Rosevyn, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate another person's rights.
16. Intellectual Property
Content owned by Rosevyn, including its branding, original product photographs, graphics, text, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected Rosevyn content without authorization.
17. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Engage in fraud;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- Introduce malware;
- Infringe another person's rights;
- Use automated scraping in violation of applicable restrictions;
- Harass others; or
- Otherwise violate applicable law.
18. Third-Party Services
Rosevyn may use third-party commerce, payment, analytics, shipping, or other technology services.
Rosevyn is not responsible for third-party websites or services it does not control.
19. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rosevyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.
Nothing in this provision limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
